About Us Our Facilities CRB Advantages Return to Main Page Systems

CRBI can effectively liquidate or cure most accounts at any point in the collection process from early-out treatment to cleanup programs on tertiary portfolios.
Knowing when and how to treat different portfolios by applying the right collection matrix is an art that we have mastered.
Pre-collect CRBI will provide the required resources, to partnership with your own internal collection effort to maximize the return on your delinquent accounts. On the front-end, it reduces administrative costs because all mail and inbound calls are handled by the agency. It also increases primary third party returns because agencies will be able to apply their tools (specifically skip tracing) at a much earlier point in the collection process. Reduced administrative costs, plus increased return on the back-end, equal a positive return to the client.

Primary Collections ? Primary collections can be a stand-alone treatment process or a continuance of the partnership created during pre-collect. Primary collections remain the predominant strength of CRBI. CRBI has created an effective collection matrix that is customized to address the customer's specific needs. Fundamental elements include calls, letters, skip tracing, credit reporting, dispute management, payment handling and legal forwarding.

Our insight and innovation has repetitively proven itself.
The information in this page will clearly identify our capabilities.

Secondary Collections ? CRBI has two methods of treating secondary collection portfolios. While CRBI's traditional collection program continues to prove itself as an effective use of calls, letters, credit reporting, and suit, our Rework Program has become a very effective alternative, especially on small balance accounts

Tertiary Collections ? CRBI uses proprietary, newly developed Rework Programs to extensively handle tertiary placements. There is no more effective tool for addressing such aged portfolios. Our program has also proven to work exceptionally well on small balance ($25 to $500) accounts. Advantages include maximum liquidation, potential reactivation of statute, low levels of disputes/complaints, and improved customer service.
