Secondary Collections ? CRBI has two methods of treating secondary
collection portfolios. While CRBI's traditional collection program continues to
prove itself as an effective use of calls, letters, credit reporting, and
suit, our Rework Program has become a very effective alternative, especially on
small balance accounts
Tertiary Collections ? CRBI uses proprietary, newly developed Rework
Programs to extensively handle tertiary placements. There is no more effective
tool for addressing such aged portfolios. Our program has also proven to work
exceptionally well on small balance ($25 to $500) accounts. Advantages include
maximum liquidation, potential reactivation of statute, low levels of
disputes/complaints, and improved customer service.
